How to Prevent a Hangover

Below are some tips that can help you reduce your chances of feeling hungover after a night of celebrating with your friends. Which means you'll never spend another Sunday feeling sorry for yourself!
Before the night begins…
So, you’re heading out tonight. You’ve got your friend’s birthday drinks and you’re ready for a night out on the town.
First things first, it’s really important to line your stomach and eat prior to going out. This will delay the body’s absorption of alcohol. A meal high in protein and fats slow the absorption of alcohol from the gastrointestinal tract to the liver.
Hydrate, hydrate and hydrate. Hydration before drinking can help to build up reserves that counteract alcohol’s diuretic effects.

During the night
